     "The Dead 50's is an original punk rock ensemble from central Pennsylvania who is not out to win a Grammy, rather to have a good time and influence the young adult audience to do the same and appreciate who they are while still being aware of the issues surrounding them. The fans keep the Dead 50's coming back, not some insincere intention like making a million dollars for getting up on stage and drinking cheap beer. They have fame without being plastered across the pop charts, which is obvious when you witness an army of kids circling the room and shouting along with the band accompanied by the more hesitant fans inching closer to the stage while rocking their heads to the music. The Dead 50's keep coming back to Reading and the fans keep championing their music because it comes down to one simple fact-you don't memorize the songs of a band you don't love.
